High Current Bushings CFPT are available from 24 kV to 52 kV with a current rating up to 40 kA. Typical applications are generator step-up transformers (GSU).
The performing technology of Resin Impregnated Fiberglass provides high temperature withstand (Class F insulation 155 °C). No current limitation when the Bushing is operated under temperature up to 70 °C in a bus-duct and transformer oil temperature of 90 °C. The design of the Trench High Current Bushings facilitates the interchangeability with the existing units. Available with porcelain or composite insulator on air side with the same dimensions.
The Trench range of products provides now the full package for GSU Transformers.
