On the 9th February 2012 a joint workshop was held between Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) From Trench Americas Sales (TAMS) and recently appointed Applications Engineers from the Trench Canada Instrument Transformers Marketing group.
 
The purpose of the workshop was to establish how the new application Engineers will provide future technical support to the RSM's. Topics covered included, latest product developments, dealing with Customer and site technical queries, and identifying our unique selling points when comparing our products with our competition.
 
In addition to the above, agreement was reached on how the team should present Trench Canada's new greenfield site factory planned to be completed in 2012 to the market.
